Starters
Marinated Herring Fillets
Bone free fillets marinated in the cask in a dill sauce and served with a delicious country potato salad.
Prawn Nest
When on location we do not use glass so this is our al fresco prawn cocktail. Succulent prawns covered in a tantalising marie rose sauce sitting on a green leaf nest with cherry tomatoes, cucumber and lemon.
Warm Pakora and Aromatic Dip
A genuine taste of Bollywood with a spicy tomato dip.
Hummus Bi Tahini and Nibbles
Lots of vegetable crudites to dip into the hummus with olives, pickles and crunchy nibbles.
Pier Kitchen Pate
Our own pate made with a wee drop of the local nectar (shhh!) served with a salad garnish and homemade oatcakes.

Salads
Caesar Salad
Cos lettuce with croutons, parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing.
Pier Salad
Slices of chicken breast with a dressed salad.
Greek Salad
Mixed leaves with tomato, cucumber, olives and feta cheese served with minted vinigrette dressing.
Grilled Goats Cheese Salad
Grilled goats cheese on a bed of mixed leaves with red onion, peppers and pine nuts.

Main Courses
Good ol' Fish and Chips
Fresh fillet covered in a special crispy batter and deep fried until golden brown. Served with chips and a salad garnish.
Bangers and Mash
Hot tasty sausages served with potato and turnip mash with a baked apple top and a rich onion gravy.
The Haggis
What better description than the immortal words of Robert Burns - "Chieftan o' the Puddin-race" with traditional neeps and tatties.
Local Loch Salmon
Lightly poached in its own juices, served with an egg and dill sauce, potatoes and vegetables.
